COMMUNICATION ↓

PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF THIS SECTION:

★ I go silent without providing clients personal updates via DMs unless asked/i’m providing a WIP, so i STRONGLY encourage you to keep an eye on my Trello's tab
★ I am an incredibly busy person and can find DMing lots of clients at once overwhelming, so i prefer it this way. I've found that this system works very well, and will happily answer any questions!
★ However, i am more than happy to be poked for updates if it has been longer than 2 months, just do not be impatient and please take my visible queue density into consideration before contacting me.
★ If you take a very long time to respond to a WIP/question i have sent you, i will silently keep track of dates instead of pestering you, as this gives me more time to focus on other pieces in the meantime.
★ I'm very patient with waiting for DM replies as i do want to give clients back the patience they’ve graciously given me, however if a no-reply takes long enough to effect my work flow, i will sternly contact you again.

REFUNDS ↓

★ Refunds are non-applicable for finished commissions.
★ Contacting me before your slot's due date asking for a refund is not permitted. I will not offer refunds at any point between a 7 day grace period after initial payment and the due date's 24 hour period. If you insist on getting a refund, i will comply, however you will then be blacklisted indefinitely.
★ Chargebacks will NOT be tolerated; they take more money than you initially paid due to currency conversion and fees. I will blacklist you.
★ I will not do refunds on payment plans unless you request one within 7 days of your previous payment, and to cancel your commission entirely. If you wish to cancel the commission but it has been longer than a week since your downpayment/previous deposit, you will not be refunded.

PAYMENT ↓

★ Payment is in USD only, paid via Paypal Invoice or Ko-Fi transfer
★ Payment plans are available, but the need for one must be brought up in your first message. A downpayment paid upfront is mandatory!
★ I’m very flexible with payment plans and do not give them due dates, so if you opt for a payment plan i have no problem at all waiting long periods of time for it to be paid in full. This removes any stressful restrictions that a, for example, 2 week due date PP might cause! If the total was $100 and you could pay only $45 now, the remaining amount can be paid off whenever in the future you’re financially comfortable to pay.
★ However, the commission won’t be started until the invoice is completely paid, and the 4 month maximum TAT waiting period STARTS once paid off.
★ If a payment plan is backed out of, previous deposits that are over 1 week old are non-refundable.

GENERAL INFORMATION ↓

★ I reserve the right to refuse a commission without disclosing any reasons.
★ Depending on the commission type, progress updates will be provided through your preferred contact method.
★ Revisions are permitted during the sketch stage. After this, only minor revisions are accepted.
★ My current turn-around time is +5 months maximum. Be mindful of this. Please let me know at the beginning of contact if you have a deadline or want a priority fee.
★ If you do not want me using your commission piece as an example on my advertisements or portfolios, please let me know beforehand. I will only charge a privacy fee if you do not want me to post the piece.
★ You can alter your finished commission as long as you do not claim it as your artwork.
★ That said, when I give you a WIP of your commission, feel free take it upon yourself to distort the lines and fix the anatomy as something to send back to me.
★ My commissions are for personal use only, do not claim as yours, repost without credit or use for profit or minting. Icons, headers and any other social media usage need credit.

DESIGN INFORMATION ↓

★ After purchase, the character now belongs to the buyer. It may be used for non-commercial purposes, commercial purposes must be agreed previously.
★ Editing the original design and redesigning the character after purchase is OK. Prior permission is not necessary but I would love to see what you do with them!
★ Customs can be retraded and resold for their initial worth (+ any additional art value)
★ I can do payment plans for adopts over $50. If necessary, please establish this at the start/in your bid!
★ Refunds are non-applicable for sold designs or backed-out payment plans. Chargebacks will have you blocked & blacklisted immediately.
★ Please retain my credit as designer/creator and do not claim as your own work! Redesign credits to other artists is fine as long as i retain “original creator” credit.
★ Please let me know ahead of time if you will be privatising a design by me on TOYHOUSE. I like to check out how my designs are going, so seeing one disappear can look like deletion. Do not authorise/private without permission.
